Excellent from start to finish!
Mr Ross was most particular to ensure that I was happy with everything prior to surgery, and even on the morning of my operation he came to see me three times. A great deal of time was taken to make me feel confident in the procedure from the whole medical team.
The results of my surgery far exceeded my expectations, I am absolutely delighted and cannot recommend Mr Ross highly enough. I feel like my old self again!
